Dr. Neff was born and raised in Northeast Indiana. He attended Purdue University from 1973-1976. As his interest changed, he relocated to Colorado and earned his Bachelors in Microbiology at Colorado State University. Before starting veterinary school, he spent the next year working in monoclonal antibody research. In 1985, he graduated from Colorado State University with his degree in veterinary medicine and relocated to Florida. After a couple years working in equine medicine, Dr. Neff founded Granada Animal Hospital in Ormond Beach where he practiced both small animal and equine medicine and surgery. In 1998, he felt it was time for a change. He sold his clinic and elected to work at, or supervise, other clinics. This allowed him the opportunity to focus on his medicine as he truly enjoys helping people keep their pets healthy and an enjoyable part of their families.
