Katie Malensek

Dr. Katie Malensek was born and raised in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. She attended Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology before moving to Port Orange, Florida in 2005. Dr. Malensek completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2008 in addition to completing her Certification in Animal Chiropractic from the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association. Dr. Malensek enjoyed her time with animals so much that she returned to veterinary school, graduating Valedictorian with special honors in small animal surgery and diagnostic imaging in 2012 from St. Matthew’s University after completing her clinical year at University of Florida. Dr. Malensek has a special interest in orthopedic surgery and diagnostic ultrasound. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her horses competing in the sport of three-day eventing and spending time with her dogs and husband.
