"Really impressive!! We are from here, have lived in this area for 60 yrs and have owned many dogs/cats throughout that time. My 4 yr old has multiple issues, and was seeing another vet since puppy hood. We switched to Dr. Lo after she cleared up an ear issue in just one visit that he'd seen previous vet (who always tried to help) for multiple times, and suffered with for months. Can't say enough GOOD things about Dr. Lo, she's very patient and caring, extremely knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to help your pet! Staff has always been helpful and maintains professionalism with us, and we're picky and exhausting clients with many questions. I've heard others complain about pricing, but we feel their pricing is fair; spent more in the long run repeatedly taking dog to previous vet, who was cheaper per visit, but didn't solve the issue, and had to keep going back, so would've actually saved money if we would've found Dr. Lo sooner. Discovering Dr. Lo and Ravenwood staff has been like winning the lottery for us, and we couldn't be more impressed or happy about it!!"
